Forms and Paperwork - Annual Compliance Reporting

All those parties defined as "Fuel Suppliers", "Renewable Fuel Providers" or "Approved Contributors" according to the Renewable Fuels Standard Regulation must submit annual compliance reports according to sections 10, 11 & 12 of the regulation.
If they have not already done so, reporting parties will have to set up (one time only) an account with Alberta Energy's Electronic Transfer System (ETS) in order to submit these reports.  For registration and instructions on using this system, please  refer to the ETS web page.

Please refer to the Reporting Guidelines below for general procedures for completing and submitting reports and supporting documentation.  The forms also contain instructions, including descriptive comments embedded in cells.
